Restoration of an ORIginal
ANSETT Pioneer MC 9 amost complete !
A group of interested volunteers have banded together to fully
restore an historic Ansett Pioneer MC9
Tourist coach that was located late 2003 at the back of an
industrial area in Windsor NSW.
This vehicle, lying idle for over 9 years, is believed to
be the last MC9 in Australia suitable for restoration.Restoration
commenced in early 2004 with completion hopefully towards the
end of 2005.
A formidable team led by Mike & Matt has already given
well over 300 man-hours to this restoration with many other
people keen to assist this great project. New members with
expertise from all fields are always welcome.
